Dreamy is inspired by nostalgia, a cozy aesthetic and the desire to escape the everyday noise of life. The aim for Dreamy is to emerge as a digital brand, building a depository consisting of origin stories, characters, lore building and world creation for all future opportunities and endeavours, which will be explored through a variety of mediums and outlets.

"For us, it was the cartoons, anime, TV shows and games we played growing up that allowed us to immerse ourselves in these worlds. Going on adventures and experiencing these worlds together with friends made it so much more special and memorable. These worlds helped us escape the everyday norms and realities of life, allowing us to forget our fears and self-doubt. However, as we grew older we found it harder and harder to escape the noise. Building this world is a way to immerse ourselves with creative freedom, chasing our dreams and passions, to realize our form of escape."

They hope for Dreamy to be a form of escape for people, a place where their community can connect and truly be themselves around others without having fear of how they are portrayed or judged. Community is at the core of Dreamy. The team understands that if the community around Dreamy is not real then nothing that proceeds it can be either. They believe everyone has something special to offer and deserves a chance to chase their passion, to realize their own form of escape.
