About RektSkulls

Unlike other projects that launch tokens and staking long after the project launch, without well-thought tokenomics and utilities, - RektSkull launches as a ready-made utility NFTs + Token ecosystem, with GameFi and DeFi elements, such as multi-level staking and in-house auctions system.

Our first big goal is to earn enough funds to start the development of MMORPG (a simple indie game focused on gameplay and a player-driven economy). To do that we implement an innovational approach to fundraising, instead of getting money from VCs or just selling NFTs for Ether - we are earning funds from ecosystem activity, from token tax mechanic.

It means that we will continuously support demand for the token and each NFT in our ecosystem by implementing new mechanics and utilities. No matter what type of NFT or token you hold within our ecosystem, there will always be different options how to spend or use it, and other strategies that you can choose to benefit as part of the RektSkulls project.

What will I get if I win?

One of initial 1,000 Essences

• Essences are utility NFTs and the main resource of the RektSkulls project. You need to burn essences in order to get access to most of the projects mechanics (Genesis Skull reveal, skull forking, future collections drops).
• Maximum supply is 10k, supply will slowly increase with new essences being minted from Genesis Skulls staking. Emission will be balanced by burn mechanics, maximum supply will be reached in 1y+.
• There are 4 types of Essences with different drop rate and different staking power.
• Due to project's economy design - initial 1k essences will have extreme ecosystem value.

What other parts of RektSkulls ecosystem there are?

Genesis Skulls

• Unique 1/1 animated PFPs, drawn by the founder of the project. Skulls are inspired by crypto narratives, pop culture, and games.
• Obtained on in-house auctions, bids in our native $REKT token.
• Only 66 Genesis Skulls will exist. 20 skulls will be distributed over 40 days period short after launch of the project. Remaining Genesis Skulls will be distributed through bi-weekly auctions (2 skulls each two weeks). All Genesis Skulls will be distributed over one year.
• Genesis Skulls will produce new Essences. You need to stake your skull for 7 days in order to get staking reward.
• Later there will be Skull Fork mechanic, it will allow making copies of genesis skulls, but with less powerful mechanics. Owners of Genesis Skulls will profit from forking process.

$REKT token

• The native token is the key part of the RektSkulls ecosystem, every product, service, and mechanic within the ecosystem is paid by $REKT token.
• Has 2.5% tax mechanic on sell/buy/transfer transactions (except interaction with project mechanics, such as auctions). Tax mechanic is the only source of funding for project. - 95% of $REKT token is obtained from Essences and LP staking.
• 5% reserved for future in-game economy bootstrap.
