DJ RENA BIO
DJ RENA started DJing at the age o f 8 after watching a turntablist performance at a dance show he was in and straight away set his sights on competing in the DMC Japan Finals while still being in elementary school. In 2016 he won the DMC Tokai Heats and the next year went on to compete in the DMC Japan Finals where he became champion of the Singles Category. A month later he represented Japan in the World Finals where overcame the kings of the world DJ scene and was crowned DMC World Champion at the youngest ever age of 12. His name immediately spread across the world, beating world renown DJ/producer/legend A-Trak's record by 3 years and with it came appearances on the various media, TV stations, appearances for Pepsi and other global brands..he also formed the Super Beast DJs with K-Swizz and went on to be crowned chammpion again at the IDA DJ Championships in the Show Category. Now not just a turntablist but a producer and musician, this Japanese talent's journey is still at the starting line..watch this space!
