Project Description 

They lurk in secluded forests, training far away from the normal happenings of the KUNGFUVERSE. You may see their eyes burning from the shadows, but their forms are rarely seen, often clouded in mysterious Energy auras. But have no fear, these friendly creatures help those in need– they are the KUNGFU BEASTS.


Brought to life by artist Baku Maeda in his signature style, KUNGFU BEASTS represents a new spin on what a Kung Fu enthusiast looks like. Each trait is hand-drawn with a digital pen, with the charm and mastery of linework showing how Maeda has honed his craft. This inaugural NFT collection kicks off the KUNGFUVERSE and a reimagining of Kung Fu culture.


Baku Maeda is a Sapporo-based artist and illustrator known for designing creative artworks out of everyday things. Working in modern art for many years and with such projects as the world-renowned series Ribbonesia, he brings an exploration of the spirit and of the future world to the KUNGFUVERSE.

Project Long-term Goals

KUNGFU BEASTS give holders beautifully hand-drawn traits in a variety of combinations and colors– there’s something for everyone! While some traits will be rarer than others, they have all been crafted with the same care and thought by artist Baku Maeda. And as avatars in the KUNGFUVERSE, these KUNGFU BEASTS unlock opportunities to gain exclusive goods and experiences.


Celebrating the legacy and spirit of Kung Fu, the KUNGFUVERSE connects real-life experiences with Web3, enabling new ways for you to become your true self. We use the latest in NFTs, interactive experiences, and IRL products to support a one-of-a-kind Community. We want to excite new generations with cool merch and online activities to make Kung Fu a part of everyone's lives.

Yes. ~50 million list registrations have happened on PREMINT without issue. When you sign in with PREMINT, you only are validating ownership of the wallet address. PREMINT does not get any permissions to perform transactions and does not have any way of withdrawing anything from your wallet.

Signing is the only way we can truly know that you are the owner of the wallet you are connecting. Signing is a safe, gas-less transaction that does not in any way give PREMINT permission to perform any transactions with your wallet.
PREMINT saves your wallet and social info as a part of the registration step, so you can disconnect everything afterwards and your entry is still valid.
As far as PREMINT is concerned, yes, but the project owner might check that you still own the token before finalizing the list.
