Land in this Metaverse shall be purchasable by brands, creators, and individuals as NFTs governed by smart contracts. The entities that own these land parcels (aka NFTs), called "Citizens" of COMEARTH, can build 3D immersive e-commerce experiences - think of it as a brand/creator's custom Mini-Metaverse - accessible by mobile, laptops, and VR devices.

Land & Commerce
Land parcels of various sizes shall be made available for purchase in multiple stages. There is currently no plan for native tokens for the COMEARTH ecosystem, and the team shall take a call on that in the future.
We are offering a private pre-sale of 2500 land Sale of 4x4 parcels exclusively for PREMINT COLLECTOR PASS Holders at a 30% discount.
Secondly, we are also raffling our allowlist spots for our private pre-sale of 2500 - 2x2 land parcels for everyone
20% of COMEARTH's total revenue shall be distributed amongst its Citizens as “CITIZEN BASIC INCOME.”
The exact amount shall be proportional to the total area of land owned and the length of time a given land parcel is held continuously at the disbursement of payouts. This ensures that the Citizens of COMEARTH always benefit from its ecosystem's generated value.
